How Quickly Will My Order Ship?

To mount your Luxedo device, you can use 4, 1/4x20 bolts to attach the feet of your unit to your mounting surface. This is a common size and can be found at most hardware stores.

Device Calibration

To locate your device password, please follow these steps:

First, check the documentation that came with your Luxedo device. The password will be listed there.

If you no longer have the documentation that came with your device, but you have registered your device in the Luxedo portal, please see these instructions to retrieve your device password:

Log in to the Luxedo portal and look for the button listed 'New Site' in the bottom left of the page. This will take you to our New Portal.


 


Next, click the 'Projectors' tab in the panel on the left side of the screen.


 


From here, select your projector using the dropdown on the top right (White) of the page and click 'Info' under your projector name (Blue).



 


You will now be able to see your device password once you click the closed eye off to the right (Green) to unhide your password.



 


If you have not yet registered your device and need your device password, please first plug it in and reply with the Luxedo ID that shows in your available Wi-Fi networks along with your original order number, and we will be happy to assist you!
