Being a commercial customer, you likely have your devices installed in a ceiling or another hard to reach area. If that's the case, you were likely provided with a small Luxedo device to stream your audio. Below are steps for setting up and using this device with your existing sound system.

Using the Audio Device

1. Connect device to network using Cat5 or higher ethernet cable with internet access. 
2. Connect device to power using provided 5V USB-C power supply and plug into USB-C port on audio device.
3. In the Luxedo portal, register your audio device to your account (if applicable) and go to the advanced settings of your audio device and check to make sure the audio output is set to "3.5mm Jack". If it is showing offline, please double check power and ethernet are both plugged in. If you have multiple systems, the audio device will need to be added to the device group.
4. Connect your Luxedo audio device to your sound system using a 3.5mm audio jack.
5. Create, schedule, or play a show as normal and the audio should automatically stream to your audio system.

Once finished, the audio device will use the ethernet connection to get the audio file and play it through the 3.5mm jack. If no sound is present, please check steps 2 and 3.
