LUXEDO THEFT PROTECTION TERMS OF SERVICE

 

1. Introduction

By opting for Luxedo Theft Protection ("Protection"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Luxedo Projection Systems ("Luxedo") offers this Protection as an optional service for the replacement of a Luxedo unit in the event of theft, subject to the terms outlined herein.

 

2. Coverage

a. The Protection covers the replacement cost plus shipping of a Luxedo projection system purchased by the Customer in the event of theft.

 

3. Deductible and Duration

a. Deducible is based on product type:

               400 Series (3,500 and 4,200 lumen systems) $499.00

               600 Series (6,000 lumen systems) $999.00

b. The Protection is activated upon the successful purchase of a Luxedo projection system and the selection of the theft protection option during the checkout process.

c. The Protection is valid for a duration of two (2) years from the date of Luxedo projection system purchase.

 

4. Coverage Limitations

a. The Protection covers only the replacement cost and shipping of the stolen Luxedo unit after the deductible. It does not cover any other associated costs, including but not limited to installation or taxes.

b. Luxedo reserves the right to limit or deny coverage in the event of fraudulent or false claims.

 

5. Evidence Requirement

a. To initiate a claim, the Customer must provide a valid and official police report confirming the theft.

b. In addition to the police report, the Customer must provide clear photos of the Luxedo unit secured with a ground anchor and affixed with a motion bike alarm.

c. If the Luxedo unit has been disconnected from power for more than 10 days, the Customer must provide updated photos of the secured unit with a ground anchor and a motion bike alarm to maintain coverage.

d. Luxedo reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the evidence before processing any claims.

 

6. Claim Process

a. Customers must notify Luxedo of the theft and initiate a claim within fifteen (15) days of the incident.

b. Claims can be initiated by contacting Luxedo customer support at [email protected].

 

7. Replacement Process

a. Upon approval of a valid claim and payment of the deductible (See section 3a), Luxedo will provide the Customer with a replacement Luxedo projection system of comparable specifications.

b. The replacement unit will be shipped to the Customer at Luxedo's expense.

 

8. Exclusions

a. The Protection does not cover theft occurring under circumstances that violate local laws or this agreement.

 

9. Termination

Luxedo reserves the right to terminate or modify the terms of the Theft Protection service at any time.

 

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tennessee, United States.

 

BY OPTING FOR LUXEDO THEFT PROTECTION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
