We accept returns on Luxedo manufactured products. All returns must be initiated via our <a href="https://www.luxedo.com/pages/help">Luxedo Help Center</a> within 15 days of receipt and will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Beyond 15 days of receipt, we do not accept any returns. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging and the carrier must receive the product within 7 days of receiving the return label or it will be voided. We accept returns on third-party projectors less than 5,000 lumens. However, any third party projectors over 5,000 lumens are special order, therefore we do not accept returns for high lumen third-party projectors. Our Luxedo return policy only applies to purchases made through authorized Luxedo retailers.&#xA0; <hr>Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-10 business days.<hr>Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If it has been more than 10 business days since you received confirmation that your refund is being processed, first check your bank or credit card provider to see if it is in your pending transactions. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Terms and Conditions for Luxedo Theft Protection

LUXEDO THEFT PROTECTION TERMS OF SERVICE
&#xA0;
1. Introduction
By opting for Luxedo Theft Protection (&quot;Protection&quot;), you (&quot;Customer&quot;) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Luxedo Projection Systems (&quot;Luxedo&quot;) offers this Protection as an optional service for the replacement of a Luxedo unit in the event of theft, subject to the terms outlined herein.
&#xA0;
2. Coverage
a. The Protection covers the replacement cost plus shipping of a Luxedo projection system purchased by the Customer in the event of theft.
&#xA0;
3. Deductible and Duration
a. Deducible is based on product type:
&#xA0;&#xA0;&#xA0;&#xA0;&#xA0;&#xA0;&#xA0;&#xA0;&#xA0;&#xA0;&#xA0;&#xA0;&#xA0;&#xA0; 400 Series (3,500 and 4,200 lumen systems) $499.00
&#xA0;&#xA0;&#xA0;&#xA0;&#xA0;&#xA0;&#xA0;&#xA0;&#xA0;&#xA0;&#xA0;&#xA0;&#xA0;&#xA0; 600 Series (6,000 lumen systems) $999.00
b. The Protection is activated upon the successful purchase of a Luxedo projection system and the selection of the theft protection option during the checkout process.
c. The Protection is valid for a duration of two (2) years from the date of Luxedo projection system purchase.
&#xA0;
4. Coverage Limitations
a. The Protection covers only the replacement cost and shipping of the stolen Luxedo unit after the deductible. It does not cover any other associated costs, including but not limited to installation or taxes.
b. Luxedo reserves the right to limit or deny coverage in the event of fraudulent or false claims.

5. Evidence Requirement
a. To initiate a claim, the Customer must provide a valid and official police report confirming the theft.
b. In addition to the police report, the Customer must provide clear photos of the Luxedo unit secured with a ground anchor and affixed with a motion bike alarm.
c. If the Luxedo unit has been disconnected from power for more than 10 days, the Customer must provide updated photos of the secured unit with a ground anchor and a motion bike alarm to maintain coverage.
d. Luxedo reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the evidence before processing any claims.
&#xA0;
6. Claim Process
a. Customers must notify Luxedo of the theft and initiate a claim within fifteen (15) days of the incident.
b. Claims can be initiated by contacting Luxedo customer support at hi@luxedo.com.
&#xA0;
7. Replacement Process
a. Upon approval of a valid claim and payment of the deductible (See section 3a), Luxedo will provide the Customer with a replacement Luxedo projection system of comparable specifications.
b. The replacement unit will be shipped to the Customer at Luxedo&apos;s expense.

8. Exclusions
a. The Protection does not cover theft occurring under circumstances that violate local laws or this agreement.

9. Termination
Luxedo reserves the right to terminate or modify the terms of the Theft Protection service at any time.
&#xA0;
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tennessee, United States.

BY OPTING FOR LUXEDO THEFT PROTECTION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

Luxedo Theft Protection Terms of Service

Each customer receives a 1-year warranty covering all electronics of Luxedo manufactured products. If the customer support team deem the product to be in need of repair or replacement, we will walk you through our RMA process for repairing or replacing your affected device. If your device has an included 3rd party projector, please refer to the original manufacturer warranty for affected projectors. Luxedo warranty only covers items that have been purchased through an Authorized Luxedo Retailer.
