If you don't use your Luxedo device all throughout the year, you may need to reconnect it to Wi-Fi. If you misplaced the Luxedo information sheet provided with your device, you will need to retrieve its ID and password before being able to connect. Luckily, you can find them in the new MyLuxedo portal. 

1. Navigate to the Projectors tab and select your device.
2. Click Info to access your device's information.
3. The device ID can be found at the bottom of the page (below the device model and above the firmware version) and the password can be seen by clicking the closed eye icon ().
4. If your device is not registered in your MyLuxedo portal and you need to find the password, locate your device ID and contact the customer support team.
